At Sundari Suit, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can easily request a return or exchange.
Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
A flat return shipping fee of ₹200.00 applies per return shipment.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee.
Final Sale
We do not have final sale items. All items are eligible for return or exchange within the return window, subject to our eligibility conditions.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All tags, accessories, and original packaging must be intact.

The return or exchange request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Go to our return/exchange portal: Start a Return/Exchange.

Select your order and item(s).

Choose Return or Exchange and submit your request.

We will share the return pickup or drop-off details with you.
Please note that a flat return shipping fee of ₹200.00 applies.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
The return shipping fee of ₹200.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or color? Select Exchange in the return/exchange portal and submit your request.
Important Notes
Returns sent without authorization through our portal may be delayed or refused.
For hygiene and quality reasons, items returned in used, damaged, washed, or worn condition may be declined.
