Where Do We Deliver?

At Sundari Suit, we currently deliver across India.

Logistics Partners

We ship orders through trusted logistics partners such as:

  • Delhivery

  • Professional Couriers

  • India Post

The estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 working days, depending on the delivery location.

Shipping Charges

We offer free delivery across India.

Important Delivery Note

If the outer packaging appears tampered with, ripped, pressed, opened, or otherwise damaged, you may refuse to accept the delivery.

Please mention your comments on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip provided by the delivery executive.

Cancellation Policy

We can accept cancellation requests only if they are raised within 6 hours of placing the order on our website.

Since most orders are processed and shipped within 4 to 6 hours, cancellation requests made after this time may not be accepted.

We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed, shipped, or where the cancellation request is made after 6 hours from the time of placing the order.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Sundari Suit and accepts our decision regarding cancellation requests.

Order Processing

Orders placed from Monday to Saturday will be processed on the same or following business day.

Orders placed on weekends will be shipped within two business days of order placement, subject to product availability in our warehouse.

International Orders

International customers can place prepaid orders on our website through the available payment gateways at checkout.

We will process international orders once the order is confirmed and payment is received.

The delivery timeframe may vary depending on the destination country. However, the standard delivery time for international orders is usually 7 to 10 business days.

We typically ship international orders through courier partners such as FedEx, DHL, or DTDC.

Customs Duty

For international orders, customs duty or import charges may be applicable as per the customs department of the destination country.

As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs charges, and local sales taxes, if any, levied by the destination country.
